+ Is Telopia Australian made?

Yes. We are Australian made and owned business. Our products are handcrafted in small batches and packaged in Australia.

+ I would like to try the product. Is a sample available?

We do not have samples, however, send us an email as we may be able to direct you to a sales representative or a shop to try the product.

+ Is Pure Powder Cleanse+ for all faces and skin types?

Yes. You will notice we title our PPC+ for Everyface as we have created a product benefical for all genders and skin types including sensitive and acne skin. Any skin product should always be tested before use.

You certainly can. Over 50% of our customers are female and love the product? Why, because it is simple, effective and has beneficial ingredients that are good for all skin types

+ How much of the Serum should I use each time?

Start off with 1-2 pumps on damp hands. Depending on use, you can adjust by adding either more serum or water. All skins are different, you have the flexibility to tailor to your own facial needs.

+ Why hasn’t Pure Serum for Men absorbed quickly into my skin?

You may have applied too much serum. Remember this is a concentrate, so next time try using less and dampen your hands for a lighter application.

+ What is the best time of day to use Pure Serum for Men?

Any time of the day or night depending on your personal grooming routine.

+ You state there is no water or aqua in your ingredients list, what does this mean?

We chose not to use water/aqua as a filler. Instead, our Serum is a concentrate of 100% pure ingredients, which is a savings for the customer and our planet. By choosing to purchase a Telopia product you are making a difference in reducing our global footprint.

+ Do your products contain preservatives?

No. We use only 100% pure ingredients.

+ What skin type is your products suitable for?

Our formula is hypoallergenic and anti-inflammatory resulting in Telopia Serum for Men being suitable for all skin types. However, please check the ingredients list first and we reccomend a patch test on your skin before use.

+ How do I store Telopia Pure Serum for Men?

We recommend storing away from direct sunlight and kept at room temperature.

+ Why is there no foam when shaving?

Telopia chooses to have a clear non-foaming serum to minimise skin irritations and dehydration made worse from some foaming agents. It also allows you to see where you shave to avoid sensitive areas like moles, scars and acne.

+ Is it safe to use Telopia Pure Serum for Men on any other parts of my body to shave or moisturise?

Always do a patch test first, otherwise go for it!

+ Since the cooler weather has arrived I’ve noticed the serum is harder to dispense. What’s happened?

Pure Serum for Men can be used all year round. The serum may solidify in cooler temperatures. Give the serum bottle a good shake before use. Alternatively, run under warm water and give it a shake prior to use. This should do the trick!

+ Can I pause my subscription?

+ How do I cancel my subscription?

You can view and manage your subscriptions from your Customer Account. Alternatively, you can email us at wecare@telopia.com.au and we can take care of it. You can cancel subscription anytime after second delivery.
