We reserve the right to review or refuse any orders that exceed limits within one household or per customer. In addition, we reserve the right to limit or decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors without our authorisation.
By agreeing to purchase our products, you agree to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
You agree not to sell our products for any discounted price to persons, or retail outlets without prior written consent from Telopia Australia.
We welcome interest from parties wishing to sell or distribute Telopia products. All distributor orders should be placed through our wholesale processing procedure. Please email us at info@telopia.com.au for enquiries.
Subscriptions
Setting up a subscription is easy and quick. We provide you with the convenience of having Telopia Pure Serum for Men delivered straight to your nominated address.

Legal Responsibility
In order to start a subscription, you will be required to set up an account on the Telopia website.
You must be an individual of 18 years of age or over and agree to the terms and conditions listed in this subscription service including financial obligations and sharing of personal information relating to contact details and delivery.
You agree to protect the security of your Telopia account and must not share your account or password with anyone. You will be solely responsible for any activity on your Telopia account.
You agree that any products purchased are for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
By choosing a Subscription Service, you acknowledge that this service has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to the effective date of cancellation. There will be no refund on any product if you have forgotten to cancel the service and an order is processed.
We use a third-party payment processor to deduct a payment amount that is linked to your Account with your nominated banking institution, credit card issuer or other credit facilitator.
You agree that you have authority to charge the nominated banking institution or payment facilitator for recurring charges you have signed up for.
How to start and manage your subscription
There are no costs for taking out a subscription.
You can enter a subscription renewal through the Products page link or through your Telopia Account settings.
It is your responsibility to ensure all billing, delivery and payment method information is accurate and current.
The renewal frequency is set at 3 months from commencment of subscription. If you wish to change the frequency please email us at wecare@telopia.com.au.
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month, or near date for months with lesser days.
Payment Information
The payment method you choose will be automatically deducted each renewal date and your order will be sent to your nominated delivery address.
You may change the payment method anytime through your account settings, or by emailing us at wecare@telopia.com.au.
If your payment fails, you will get an email notification with a link to update your billing information. The charge is attempted again after 5 days, then another 5 days after if the second payment fails. After the third failed attempt, your order and subscription is cancelled. You will be notified by email should this occur. You have the option to update your account and resume your subscription any time thereafter.
Cancel, pause or other changes to your subscription
You may cancel your subscription service anytime through your account settings or by emailing us at wecare@telopia.com.au.
Once you cancel, it does not automatically cancel the most recent order. You will need to email us at wecare@telopia.com.au and we will assist you with your changes.
If you require to delay, pause or skip any future renewals, you will need to email us at wecare@telopia.com.au as this is not an option in your account settings.
