Can I return or exchange my order?

At Telopia we strive to offer satisfaction to our loyal customers.

My order is wrong, what should I do?

Please contact us at wecare@telopia.com.au with your name and order number and we will investigate and endeavour to rectify the issue.

The product has been delivered damaged.

We take every care with our packaging to ensure successful delivery. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, please retain all packaging and take photographs as proof of damage. Email us as soon as you can at wecare@telopia.com.au  with your order number and details and our team will instruct and help you through the claim process with the delivery carrier.
